Solid animal fat does not make my skin oilier. Only unsaturated fats seem to make my skin oilier.
I have oily skin to start with so the effect is very noticeable.

Try taking a liquid form rather than capsule form, it isn't sure that you are absorbing all when in capsules.

First of all it may depend on the type of eggs you are eating, almost all eggs will do more harm then good if they are not organic. If you cook the eggs in high temperatures or fry them with the wrong oils they will do more harm than good. There are so many other factors that may have affected your oiliness that I cannot list them. Eggs are still mucus forming.MysteryTutor, if it was not the Omega 3, then why did I get the same reaction when I ate eggs with the same level of omega 3 in them as the supplements? That to me indicates that it was in fact the fish oil/omega 3, and not something else. Now the question is, why?
