I use CeraVe lotion everyday, usually twice a day, and I love it. It's cheap and comes in a big bottle.

My understanding is that there isn't a huge difference between the PM and the lotion. The PM does have niacinimide, which is supposed to be an amazing ingredient for the skin. I've also read that the PM has a lighter/thinner consistency than the lotion, which may make it appear less greasy on the skin during the day. Personally I've never used the PM because it's more expensive and comes in a smaller bottle and the lotion has been working well for me.

Hopefully this helps!

Thanks! I ended up buying the lotion and it works well
