Im 16 years old and started differin along with clindamycin phosphate after going to the doctor and asking for meds. That was about 7 months ago and although my acne i guess got smaller i would say it doesnt feel like i will clear up. I get a new pimple about once every two or three weeks but i feel what makes my skin look bad is all of the small red "pimple like" spots i have on my face that dont have a whitehead. MY skin looks "fake" to me and i think thats because of the medications? Should i stop the differin and clindamycin phosphate and try a more natural way? I dont have before pictures because i never thought about needing them as i was sure i would get clean. My routine is wake up and wash my face with cetaphil cleansing bar(i remember seeing that bars arent suggested around here), apply clindamycin, then moisturize. Then i wait til about 4 and wash my face again and also apply clindamycin again. At night around 10 i wash my face and apply differin and then moisturizer on the parts i dont apply differin. What should i do?

You need to apply differin to all the areas on your face or its not going to work once you are acne prone those areas you dont apply it too are still at risk for acne...and if you are using differin .1 percent I suggest you up the strength to .3% and youll see a significant improvement in a few weeks.
