Hey guys,
I was just wondering on what foods i can eat so my skin stays clear? I am like really paranoid because i have amazing skin for the first time in 2 years so im only eating like salad with no dressing....and just water and vitamins....and some turkey. So please help me on what foods i can eat? I cant have gluten,dairy, and grains. So i am paranoid on what i can eat. Thanks!(:

You can eat fish, vegetables, and delicious soups with low - med GI fruits. High GI Fruits may not affect you, but keep it in moderation.

If you are going out and eat, korean restaurants are the best imo. Reason for that is, they are least likely to have gluten, dairy and grains in their food. It's mainly kimchi (fermented and good), fish, vegetables and with just one cup of small rice. They'll make you feel completely full, and they taste amazingly good.

You can eat pretty much anything as long as it is what you need not what you want. Everyone needs healhty foods. Eat enough until you don't feel hungry anymore, anymore than that is just unnecessary.
