Does Solodyn Cause Hyperpigmentation?

I'm a 17 year old male and I'm currently on solodyn (Minocycline), Retin-A Micro, and Duac. Most of the whiteheads are gone but I have these red patches that my derm says is postinflammatory skin hyperpigmentation. Is this from the solodyn? could i stop taking it and just use the topicals to heal my acne?
