Do you reckon the BP is the cause of this stupid dryness? or should I switch up my foundation (i use NARS sheer glow it doesn't break me out, but I don't trust my skin when I'm outside of my house all day....in the past I always would come home with atleast ONE pimple before the regimen). PS i have used primers. I have the hourglass primer and it doesn't do shit

Okay so I don't know why but when I apply my foundation in the morning and get back home from work or whatever. My foundation has clinged to ALL my dry areas on my face. MAINLy where I put BP. It's weird though I don't use BP in the mornings.. I don't even use it on my whole face anymore at night. just when I have spots. I moisturize ALL THE TIMEEEEEEEE especially coz it's winter here in Australia. I only use BP under my make up when I'm scared I'll be having a breakout (ie because I have had lack of sleep or stressed) or If i know i'll be wearing make up for a long time.

you have exactly the same issues with me, i started using BP for curing my acne since a month ago, since then i have never ever able using foundation without showing my flakines (dryness) - i looks older with that dryness
,i dont think we can use foundation while we are on BP ,i have try not using BP all day long, just the moisture moisture moisture before i apply foundation , it results pretty good, not flaky / dry ,still ok, thanks god i dont have to wear foundation every single day, just a special event , BUT yes, me too ,everytime i apply make up and when i come home i almost always got NEW PIMPLES, thats why i try to reduce using make up ,as less as possible
maybe you should too.. try to not using make up everyday

Try using a primer - that might prepare your face for make up showing less flakes. I also tried using mac prolong concealer (i think that was it) in store and it did a good job covering some of the flakes. I'm using retin A so my face is always peeling off -_- I also use some facial spray (evian type make up spray) to moisturize the make up itself.

I've been there! I switched my makeup and threw out my primer and it's perfect now. Now I just moisturize before applying makeup and use more moisture on my dry spots. Nothing wrong with extra moisturizer!

Yeah I'd say it's the BP causing the dryness / trouble with makeup. Moisturiser will help but I don't know if anything will fix it completely.
You said that you've put BP on under makeup before though - I was wondering how you managed that because I've never been able to get foundation on over BP - it always seems to crumble or just (edit) not go on the skin nicely.

I have been using CeraVe moisturizer for about a month now and have noticed my facial dryness has been greatly reduced. It also does not break me out. It has been the only moisturizer that has even kept my face flake free for the day.

If your skin has any flaky areas, they will be more noticable with makeup on unfortunately. Makeup coats these with pigment, so if you can't seem to get them to go away, you might want to switch to a foundation with less coverage because less pigment will stick to the flaky areas. I've had good luck with Bobbi Brown Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer, which gives decent coverage because it's so yellow-based. It doesn't show any flaky patches even though I apply it on bare skin with nothing underneath.
If the flakiness isn't going away with a moisturizer, you might want to try a hyaluronic acid serum. Hyaluronic acid holds 1000 times its weight in water, so it makes your moisturizer work even harder. And it deals with the dehydration--not lack of oil. If you don't want another layer of product, it's also found in some moisturizers and primers.
