i use products clinique for men:

cleanse with liquid facial
use the exfolation daily scruffing lotion .. every day..
and hydrate with spf 21..

the question is if is the daily scruffing lotion used daily? can i use id twice a day as it mentions? will it cause iritation if i use 2 a day??
please help. i want to know if i can use it 2 a day.. is it ok??

It always says you can use things more often than you really can. Then you use more product and buy more often.
Exfoliating that often is irritating to your skin. Leave it to about twice a week.

i concur, exfoliating too often will irritate ur skin. i have had to stop exfoliating every day & i am starting to notice a tiny difference already after a week.

ok, but after using the exfolating scruffing with salicylic can i use after an hour BP?

i am talking not about chemical exfoliation. Please read carefully. It says 2 times a day and it is not chemical

I think Chemical exfoliation is better than physical exfoliation since using a physical scrub of some kind only deals with the very top layer of your skin and can sometimes create more irritation which can cause your pores to produce more oil, and more prone to breakouts.
