I been using the regimen that Dan recommended and my skin has alot of dead skin . Is there something I could use for that?

You might want to start using a chemical exfoliant, like the acne.org AHA treatment or Alpha Hydrox 10% cream to help get rid of your top layer of dead skin. On top of that, I'd use a moisturizer designed for people who have recently had chemical peels, like Aven Cicalfate Restorative Skin Cream. This will soothe your skin.

so afte I use the 2.5 benzol peroxide use the AHA then use the moisturize dan made with the jojoba oil?

I personally use the AHA at night to avoid putting too many things on my skin at once.
