How Bad Is My Bacne?

So the pictures I have posted are pictures of my bacne. Two years ago when I was about 12 or 13, it randomly popped up, so I was on doxycycline for a few months and it helped a little, but it didn't really do much. So how bad is my bacne? Because I'm embarassed to go to the pool or do anything without my shirt. Also how can I get rid of it?

Looks very very mild to me. It's not even noticeable to be honest.
