As of now my routine is,
Morning:
Normal Work Days: Shower face, back. Use exfoiliator. Apply Differin XP. Apply some silicone gel or bio-oil to scar tissue (pigmented).
Non-Work days: Rinse face, back. Then go to the gym, and shower there using the exfoiliator... then coming home to use products.
Night:
Exfoliate (Neutragena) after rinsing, apply Stievamycin and silicone gel, however now I am going to start using 100% tea tree oil by Equate - it doesn't irritate my skin; it does however smell like the arm pit of a toad... which is why I am using it at night!
Now, I'm wondering, am I missing some moisturizer in here? My goal right now is to work on deep black heads in my nose, try to reduce some purplish scars and ice pick scars/large pores - I do a pretty good job at keeping acne at bay now. I am considering applying a moisturizer with SPF, however this is a cream - preferably, I will mix some tea tree oil, and apply it to scar/dry areas. Are moisturizers supposed to be cream you rub into your skin? I thought you use the cleanser, then apply some moisturizer cleanser... I don't know, I'm confused.
However, I like the idea of just doing rinse, exfoliate, moisturizer with tea tree oil, as the moisturizer I wish to use has 15 SPF, jibibowhatever oil and vitamin E, etc. Any thoughts =D?
