I get no side effects whatsoever with Green Tea...

Yes twinnings earl grey is not green tea...

earl grey is just a scented tea I think...

it doesn't matter if it's decafe or not,also i don't think it matters BIGTIME what brand of green tea you have.

If you research about green tea,they alway's say "green tea" and don't state a certain type.

Stick with asian tea. They have a nice aroma and they taste pretty good. The one I get is from an chinese supermarket:

Twinnings seems to have the best effect for me..I suppose it's like cigarettes (down to personal preference) If in doubt i'd buy the more expensive stuff..just to be on the safe side..

I'm not sure about decaff green tea.. I will stick with normal flavoured stuff, because it's what works for me..
