I don't often have pimples, but when I do they come in groups. Since yesterday, I've had three pimples on my upper lip, along with one on my cheek (which I haven't touched at all). I've treated them with benzoyl peroxide. The next day, two of the three had grown small whiteheads.

These have been popped carefully through the use of a sterilized pin and q-tips to push the pus out. No blood. Put some more benzoyl peroxide on them afterwards and now I'm left with this.

So, I need to get rid of them in three days, or at least make them much less noticeable. The lighting makes them look less red than they appear to be. My plan was on continuously washing my face with mild warm water, treating them with benzoyl peroxide and maybe trying some other tips I'm reading.

I would appreciate some advice on the matter. It's probably not as severe as people usually come here with, but I hope some helpful people will drop by.

for those, i usually put Carmex Cold Sore balm on them (even though they're pimples). they shrink a lot. or Tea tree oil will work.

I'm reading a lot about tea tree oil. Assuming I get it tomorrow, will it clear the zits in a couple of days?

EDIT: Doesn't seem like tea tree oil is really being sold in my country. I'll try and look around tomorrow, though. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

The perfect amount of times to wash your face each day is only twice. Doing it continuously, or more than twice a day could actually make it worse, or at least that's what ive read and heard. Once in the morning and once in the evening would be perfect. That's what i do anyway. Also, instead of just washing with water, you should wash with some kind of benzoyl peroxide cleasner. I've also heard that just washing with water doesnt remove the bacteria from your face, but spreads it.

The middle one got a whitehead again, so I popped it in the same manner. Not sure if I got all the pus out but it didn't seem like a good idea to go at it even more. The rest has decreased in redness, I believe/hope.
