Hey I just started using the regimen like wed morning and I was wondering if you start to get white head pimples is it best to bust them or leave them? and is this the process to getting clear skin?

The ideal thing you could do is not touch the pimple at all and let the regimen run its course. But if you must pop it, wait until it comes to its peak then gently apply pressure around the white head. If it doesn't release with gentle pressure leave it alone. If it does, apply some neosporin cream on it.
