My face has been down, then up, and now it's way, way, way down. I've done everything I can think of. I'm on BC, I put on Benzaclin in the morning and another strong topical at night. I was on antibiotics for a while. I was getting the occasional cyst up until a week ago, when my mom encouraged me to switch facewashes. By this morning, almost every single pore in my forehead is clogged with a few whiteheads. The real kicker is my chin though. On my little chin, this morning, I had 17 whiteheads. I popped them and put medicine on, then left for my summer school class. Went to the bathroom a few minutes ago, and I have five more. They aren't cysts or inflames, just like pus-filled clogged pores. I switched back to my old facewash this morning, but it still looks BAD. I thought by the time I was 20 I would grow out of it. My mom constantly mentions it and nags. I hate going out in public, I refuse to have my picture taken. I'm miserable, but my only option left is Accutane, according to my derm, which I REFUSE to take. Does anyone have any advice?

Sorry to hear this. I know how it feels. My mum made remarks about how bad my skin looked...
Firstly, you should really stop popping and touching your spots- as that only causes them to spread and get inflated and leave scars.
Have you tried Paula's Choice products? When I had acne on my chin the BHA gels/lotions for oily skin worked for me. You can only buy them online, and they sell samples which may be a good first option. To mantain a clear free chin and jawline I use Boot's Rosemary and Glycerin toner/moisturiser which I love as it does both so I do not need to apply moisturiser afterwards. I only do this at night though because it has a sticky texture once applied.
Also, you need to be gentle with your skin, so if you are using a harsh cleanser or soap you may want to buy a cleanser which is fragrance/ parfum and alcohol free.
Best of luck

Dont worry even Cristiano Ronaldo himself, often considered one of the sexiest men in the world suffered with acne as a teenager. Don't believe me? Look at his pictures when he was at Sporting and his early Man Utd days.
