For at least 6 months I have had clear skin and I feel guilty not sharing it with others, and even though everyone's body is different, here is what worked for me....

Notes:
I had continuous moderate acne since middle school. I am now in my early 20's.
Results came very quickly upon starting this (pretty random) system.
Once in a blue moon I will get a little on top of the skin pimple, but it's always very small and not a big deal at all.
I still have oily skin and flat red marks left behind. (any advice for either???)

AM:
Clinque Acne Solutions Acne Cleanser Foam
Clinque Acne Solutions Moisturizer
Vitamins: multivitamin, 1600 IU vitamin d3, vitamin b12 complex

PM:
Baking Soda mixed with a little water OR Clean & Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser (I switch off every other day)
Clean and Clear Dual Action Moisturizer- oil free

Every now and again I will have water with the juice of one lemon squeezed in which I believe is good for the body.
