How much treatment are you putting on?

Redness at first is normal, but if you want to decrease irritation you can start by using much smaller amounts and slowly work your way up to the full 2 pumps.

Skipping days isn't as good an option, because you want to get your skin used to constantly having BP on it, which is ideally what you'll be doing in the more advanced stages of the Regimen.
