Its a red inflation that never come to a head. On my inner cheek. Completely flat with no whitehead or anything...but very red. I think its a blind pimple? It itches pretty bad.

Try some sulfur or tea tree oil.

I saw a head last night when i washed my face. I exfoliated, and today its completely flat. Is it going to go away on its own? I can feel it on my face...it itches....

LOL,do not exfoliate the pimple it only make it worst.
