When I first started accutane, my skin was super dry. I will post a pic later. My nose were soo ochapped, skin was so hard... but then I bought Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion and it was all better.

After that, my skin was no longer dry. Im not sure if it was because I finally mositurized, or because accutane lost its effect.

But now... its summer, and my skin is kinda getting oily. So if its getting oily, should I still moisturizer? Because sometimes I wake up my skin will be oily (this never happened in the winter).

I thought a plus side of taking accutane in the summer that it makes your skin dry, so it counters the oily that you usually get from the summer. But I guess not..

I've always thought of moisturising as personal preference, as of when you feel like using it. My skin is oily and I moisturise morning and night. I couldn't go a day without moisturising. I'm also on Accutane.
