Has anyone tried facial steaming to clear up their acne? I find it greatly reduces the puffiness of any blemish and my skin feels better immediately after, but I can't speak to any long-term success (have done it maybe 4 or 5 times). Can anyone attest to its efficacy long-term? Or share their own experiences with it?

For me the steam just dried out my skin, it wasn't good for it...so I no longer do it.

I do it as a part of the oil cleansing method. Seems to be working okay.

I have really bad blue veins under my eyes (and have tried everything to get rid of them) and steaming, although it really opens up the pores and allows for extraction, just ends up making my eyes look even worse to the point where i look terminally ill.
Might be worth a try if you suffer from clogged pores. If cysts and nodules are your problem i can't imagine it would do much though.
