Hi guys,

I recently realised that my benzoyl is expired, and because I still have a little acne that keeps recurring, I have this strong urge to get a new one over the counter.

But the only one they have is 10%, while I have been using a 4% all along for almost 2 years now.

Is it okay to go up the scale?

It's absolutely fine. I would use a little less of the 10% just to avoid irritation.

thank you. i just got panoxyl 5%, apparently they have it over the counter.

the directions says apply once daily though,(they even bold it)
but for my old benzoyl I have been putting it on twice.

what's your opinion?

You can easily dlute it with oil free moisturiser if u want a lower %, just mix 50:50 with moisturiser to make 10% in to 5%
