I used to hv even more worse oily skin.
Shiny, oily that made you stand out in a bright area.
sucking up oils secretly in the toilet using blotting paper when youre out in town supposed to be enjoying.
That moment when u just washed yr face, and u can only enjoy a few mere minutes of NORMAL SKIN.
That awkwardness when ppl just wna hug you in joy and touch yr face, but yr face ruined it ALL.
Shunning away from cameras, lol.
Ppl always tell me this ' normal!! In fact, in future you will be wrinkle free !! '.
I lol-ed at that, but in my heart im. Aching.
Pimple creams are supposed to DRY UP our pimples, but instead, oilier?? ...
BP creams, made my skin oilier. Lol weird.
Other pimple creams too.
Moisturizers ~ toner~ in the end oily oily oily.
My friend even joked that my oilynsss can replace cooking oils. Lol.
Actually oily skin is not really that bad either.
It will make my skin matte, even, smooth..... Until I
wash it of course lol.
So somehow for my last 2 years I'd been hiding behind a wall of oiliness.
Until last year, juggling with sch n hostel, lol every single day only 4 hrs of sleep? Lol hell.
In the end I dropped out of sch, I totally changed.
My face, my goal towards life everything.
Promises, made to friends, as usual I broke them.
And now im on accutane.
Lol.... Having headache now.
Face is still oily , applied toner pimple cream n stuffs , really oily. Lol.
On my 3rd month now..
Ahhhhhhhhh fuck acne. No life causer.
Using phone to type all this, sry if any spelling mistakes loool. =D.
Life Of An Oily Faceeeeee. + Acne Of Course.

You deserve to live your life to the fullest and hopefully Accutane is the catalyst that gets you there. I know how it feels to want to hide away. I wish you all the best on your course!!!

Use jojoba oil, its supposed to regulate the oil production your face puts out. Look it up. I heard its great for oily skin.

Hi, I've heard a lot of people rave about jojoba oil but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I'd heard that it makes your skin purge but it should clear after a few weeks...my skin got worse the more I used it. I had a break from it until recently when I started to use Dr Bronner's baby mild liquid castile soap and my acne got worse again - it contains jojoba oil, so I've stopped using it after concluding it doesn't agree with me.
I find distilled Witch Hazel suits me better to combat my oily skin without drying it out.

I very strongly doubt that jojoba oil has any effect at all on sebum production. To do that, it would have to have something in it (like a fatty acid) which would have an androgenic or estrogenic effect on our own skin. I think that's very unlikely.

Jojoba oil would not be the answer.
Accutane would help to decrease sebum production, but I do NOT advise you to go on Accutane.
The best thing you can do, is BLOT.
Blot now, blot in an hour, blot tomorrow.
BLOT!
I have super oily skin, and I have tried ACV, and it actually made my face dehydrated and flaky. Its better for bacne.
And I have also tried so called mattifiers from Sephora, and none of them helped. Some make it worse, actually.
So like I said, BLOT.
Matter of fact, I'm blotting right now.
