Okay I'm posting again in a different section because I've acne and rosacea.

Why does my acne clear up during my periods?. My face starts glowing, my lips become fuller.
Why does this happen?. Why can't it be like this all the time ? Posted Image
Btw, I'm 19 years old. I'm suffering from (very moderate) acne + a bit of rosacea for 5 years . Its much better now,

Probably because progesterone drops at this time which often results in better bowel movements so your body is getting rid of more toxins. your progesterone peaks just before your period which can make your bowels slower so lots of people breakout as they approach their period because your body is not as efficient at getting rid of the toxins. Higher fiber intake would help with this. Also better diet see http://www.doctoryourself.com/

Before period: androgen level rises. During/after period: androgen level lowers. Excess androgens = skin inflammation. This is why many women are on spironolactone, birth control, or other hormonal solutions for acne.

Your hormones are robbing your body of coenzyme A which is needed to metabolize fat. Deficiency in coenzyme A can lead the body to eliminate fat from skin tissue. That's my theory.
