I'm sorry if this has been done to death, but I've been reading a lot of these posts and so many people say that they get trapped before mirrors.
But is there anyone who finds, like me, that it's actually almost easier to *not* pick infront of a mirror?
I do most of my picking by touch... I run my fingers over my skin and when I feel a blemish I'll try and pick it off and make it smooth. I do this at my desk at work, and then it's horribly embarrassing when I suddenly realise that I have a meeting and half my face is probably smeared in blood and I haven't time to go to the bathroom to check and wipe it off.
I do also stand infront of the mirror, but when I do this I find it a lot easier to say to myself that I can't see it, there's nothing there, it's not worth picking it. The only thing I do worse with the mirror is picking blackheads, which of course I can only see and not feel.
Anyone else?
