well, my acne is mild, some inflammed pustules, but they leave hyperpigmentation for several months, and its very annoying. I've been on accutane fo 2.5 months, 60 mg day. Its has been working perfectly, my lips are just dry, not chapped, some back pain, but nothing else more. I havent broke out in weeks, even though i've been eating junk food again and drinking some alcohol. But these days, small pimples have been appearing, they secrete a yellow liquid, and im sure its not acne. My derm said its very strange, he thinks dryness caused this, and prescribed an antibiotic cream, its working fine, but other ones are appearing, not only on my upper lip (i never brake out there), on my hands aswell.

any slution, is this temporary? what do you think??
