Sorry if this was posted already, I did not find it with the search bar. Anyways, I am interested in your sources of complex proteins from plants. I know quinoa has it, and that if you pair beans and corn or rice it does it, but what else? I am interested in what else there is for complete complex proteins from plants, not saying I want to go vegetarian but I just want to know what else is out there. I like salmon and chicken (I use coconut oil to cook) and using spices on them, but I would like to incorporate more plant protein, thanks.

Everything that's a seed is high protein. Beans are limited in methionine, but many are only slightly limited, like lentils and Black beans. You really don't have at pair them with grains. Greens are high in methionine.

Yeah thanks, I think I meant complete proteins, lol. Good tip I am reading up on them now. Chia seeds at badass, just ordered some (high in omega-3s and protein). I was about to get some hemp seeds, but you can test positive for marijuana if you do a test, and it was ruled in 2003 that hemp seeds can NOT be used as a way to defend against a positive marijuana test (talk about BS). Just added quinoa, wild rice, and oats (rolled) to my diet, I am going 100% raw diet, at least for a little bit.
