Im suffering from facial dermatitis. Im cutting out everything with SLS in it, and I found an aloe vera face wash at the store just now. Its called Raw Essentials. Its chemical free. Hoping the aloe can sooth the redness on my skin.

Worth a shot.
What else have you tried in the past to help your facial dermatitis?
Have you tried any products which contain zinc pyrithione yet?

This stuff actually made me flush really bad, so its no good. Maybe all the oils in it are too hard for my skin right now (lemon, peppermint) No I havent tried the zinc pyrithione yet. Supposed to help?

Apparently. As well as other active ingredients found in some dandruff shapoo.
Have you tried tea tree oil yet?

Would cleanse gently with something very safe, pat dry and apply tea tree oil and let work overnight.
Look into it.
