Hi everyone!

This is a little off topic but it helped me and it could help you.
So, when I went to France I noticed that In all the restaurants they didn't serve water, they only had wine. Don't jump to conclusions I'm not saying only drink wine. When I was at a party I met a really old docter who was a retired physician and he explained how drinking water with your meals flushes out the nutrients. He told me to see for myself and try what he has been doing for the past really long time: drink a tall glass of water 15min. before your meal, then after your done eating wait an hour before having water again. Pretty simple right? I had a hard time resisting the water after the meal so I drank more water at the beginning which helped a lot and I noticed after the first time I successfully did it that I had more energy and didn't feel like like a lazy after eating. I have been doing this for 5 months now and I did cheat sometimes but it's not that hard and mostly I just forgot and subconsciously drank. First thing I noticed is having more energy, second, I lost a lot of weight, and third, less acne on my back.
I think this only applies to water, like you can have soda or juice while your eating, but I never tried it. I don't know, look it up, a lot of people do this.

I have heard of this too! I think there is definitely some truth to it, especially when people try it and it works as well as it has for you. I think it has something to do with diluting the digestive acids and enzymes in the stomach that makes it more laborious for the body to digest the food. Because of this there are bigger pieces to have to go through the intestines, putting more stress on them than necessary. Ha ha, I'm no doctor, so if I am wrong someone please correct me.
I hope that is continues to work well for you! :)

Sounds interesting, but doesn't drinking water help soften the food and make it easier for your body to digest? If this works then I want to try it lol, but I've heard that it's good to drink water with food to aid in digestion.
