Crazy Flakiness To None?

soo im on my 5th week of the regimen, seeing great results but the flakiness is crazy. Like its almost like acne because it keeps me from going out right now. I know my skin will eventually get somewhat used to bp but i want to try and keep the flakes at bay.
Im using a super geneous finger length of bp, followed by 2 pumps of Cetaphil lotion.
Im going to experiment with a few changes this week and see how it goes and I'll update after 1 week. Any suggestion are welcomed!
1: Faster cooler shower, from 30 to 10 min. From about 90 to 75 degrees
2: Drink a TON of water
3: Cleanse a tiny bit rougher. nothing crazy just a tad of pressure for 10 seconds still.
4: Lower my bp from Super Generous to just generous finger. still 2 times a day.
5: MOST IMPORTANTLY...Change my moisterizer from Cetaphil to Dans lotion, mixed with 6 drops of Dans jojoba. Plus reapplication if i still feel dry an hour after the regimen.
6: Stick to dans time exactly. I usually apply bp about 25 min after shower then put lotion 30 minutes after bp.
I'll stick with 15 minutes exactly after each step.
Soooo ill keep this up for a whole week and I will update what worked and what didnt in exactly 1 week!

Gunna try and it give it my best and last shot with 4-5 pumps and 10 drops jojoba ( sounds crazy i know ) for these last 3 days and see if i find some relief!
If it doesnt help my AHA just came in today and i spot treated and tested some out on my neck with no stinging or redness whatsoever.
Hopefully my skin doesnt freakout when i try to mix it in my lotion. Ill save that after my little experiment with alot of dans lotion!!
Well gotta go do the regimen wish me luck!
Will update after 3 days of intense moisturizing lol

Sad to say most changes never got rid of my flakes, butttt my flakes have gone 80% in the past 2 days due to a new product!
I will round up my experiences now and reveal the secret at the end!
1) Faster /cooler showers: Not a big difference at all.
2) Drinking water: Again not a huge difference in flakes. Water is life though!! lol
3) Cleanse alittle rougher : Definitly helps with flakes and dryness a little, but does not take all flakes away or dryness. May cause breakout if too rough.
4) Lower BP : Can help somewhat, but i dont recommend it. Stay on track, 2 pumps 2x a day. Once your used to it of course.
5) Switch from Cetaphil to Dans Lotion plus Jojoba: I really do like Dans Moisterizer but it made me more dry since its lighter. I would love using this
once my dryness goes down, and would mind mixing Neutragena Healthy skin with spf during the day.
6) sticking to the 15 minutes breaks: Not a huge difference at all.
Soooo I thought my week was a complete disaster until my bottle of Dans AHA came in.
Ive used it 2 times as a nightly moisterizer and omg does it work great. You feel the flakes melt off when you apply this stuff.
SOO im extremely happy that the regimen is working and now AHA will help with flakes and dryness.
Just need to experiment to see how often, or if I should mix it with a lotion.
will update once i find the perfect schedule. And hopefully it continues to work well.

That great clearbyjune30!! You'll find that the first month or two is all about adjusting DKR to what works best for you... Try not to experiment too much though and stick with DKR as much as possible... You will find that things get better and better as the weeks fly by...
Good luck!!!
Definitly superrr important to stick with the Regimen and I really do
Im super gentle, 2 pumps, and cetaphil or AHA at night
I feel like i found the "way" lol just need to find a good daytime moisterizer with sunscreen and ill b set
ohh and thanks soooooooo much for the birthday wishes!! means alot
