I have just got this from my chemist today but I cannot work out how on earth to use it! There is the bottle and a lid on top of it with 'press' written on a lower bit. I have pressed it but what am I supposed to do now - I thought it came with some sort of applicator?

I haven't used Dalacin for a few years but from memory it should have a sort of spongy top on the bottle and you just press that against your skin and the liquid should then come out.

That's the bit I'm confused about, I can't see a sponge applicator anywhere! The instructions that came with it say that I should 'gently dab the pad onto the skin' as well, but all I can see is a plastic top...

I remember that the Dalacin T bottles I used either had the applicator on the top of the bottle or some had a kind of roller ball application. Is there any kind of cover on the bottle with small holes that the liquid can escape through? If there isn't, I would take it back to the chemist / pharmacist if I were you. It sounds like they have given you a faulty bottle or forgot to put the applicator on.

My GP told me that it would be a roll-on thing which is what I was expecting. I unscrewed the bottle top and there is one hole inside it, but I can't work out how the lotion would be applied onto my face because there is nothing else. Thank you for your help, I think I will have to go back and check!
