Hi, Im new to this website, I hope this in the correct section. Anyways, I've had this facial redness around my nose and on my nose for quite some time now, about 2 years. All this time I've had no clue as to what it could be, can you guys help me identify it please?

Also, Ive got these visible red veins on one side of my nose, they appear a bit purple when I've just come out of the shower or after some windy/rainy weather, but strangely they become less visible towards the end of day and when Ive just woken up.

Lastly, I have these white pus-filled bumps that appear in batches on my nose and the corner of my nose, I've tried exfoliating and BP gel but no success. They've been there for a long time too, i'd say about a year or so.

Here are the pictures to illustrate:

My skin is slightly redder than what these pictures demonstrate, I apologise for the camera quality

For reference my daily skin products are as follows:
Bulldog Natural Skincare Original Face Wash
Bulldog Natural Skincare Sensitive Moisturiser
Riemann P20 Suncream SPF20 (Just started using recently)

Other products:
Bulldog Natural Skincare Face Scrub
Panoxyl BP Gel 5%

Would AHA products be any good for me?

I have had the red veiny skin on the sides of my nose for as long as I can remember. Apparently its normal. But I have seborrheic dermatitis right now and its making it worse. I would go to a derm if those white bumps and patches have been there for that long.

I see, are the veins going to go away by themselves eventually or do they need to be treated some how.

The veins wont go away by themselves. I have had that on the sides of my nose for as long as I can remember. I would personally go to a derm if your that worried about it and have them give you some hydrocortisone or something to help with the inflammation. I believe you have a mild case of seborrheic dermatitis as well. You have it in the EXACT areas I do. Although I never got the white bumps, thats normal. Do some research on Seborrheic dermatitis and see if you can self diagnose yourself.

from the pics it looks likemild rosacea. Maybe something like finacea would help as a topical . I used aha but not on my face, others have said it helps with bumps. Yours honestly doesnt look too bad, the bumps, your skin looks pretty nice actually, if it makes any difference :-)
