I've had a really really bad breakout which has just finally began clearing up. But now, i'm left with a face full of scars and red marks. I'm currently using apple cider vinegar 50/50 with water for my red marks but it's making slow/no progress whatsoever. I'm on a budget so laser and chemical peals are out of the question. It would be great if you guys could recommend me home rememdies or cheap Over-the-counter products. ^.^

Well, I don't know how quickly the results will come in, but I personally use a facial sponge to exfoliate my face. My red marks are hardly noticeable, even when I just showered or under flourescent light. There was a huge thread about using a baby brush to exfoliate your face while showering.

Here's the thread: http://www.acne.org/...or-exfoliating/

However, I wouldn't expect immediate results, but it's not expensive so that's a plus.
