Hello, I'm 13 years old and have had acne since I was nine. (I'm an early bloomer, I guess)

I have acne on my face, chest and arms and I've notices a bunch of cysts across my back. Some have even been on my back for years! I don't know what to do. I'm going on accutane at the end of the month, (I know I'm really young to be taking it, but nothing's working anymore) and I've been getting a bunch of new cysts.

It's really upsetting to know that my acne will be cured in 6 months, but still have these huge cysts on my chest and back. I mentioned the injections you can get to my mom, and she said that my brother got sick from it and she's scared for me to get them, since I'm much younger than he is.

I don't know what to do to at least prevent future cysts from breaking out, I just don't want to deal with any more of them. I have almost 7 small ones on my back and chest (two new ones on my chest, I don't know about my back), and 3 HUGE ones on my back that look completely disgusting.

And if there's a way, how could I get rid of them, or at least shrink them? People are saying BP, but I used that already for two months and nothing's happened. Thank you!
