Does The Scars After Acne Fade When Done With Accutane?

Hello! I have been on accutane for about 4 months now and I have 2 months left. I had pretty bad acne in my cheek area, but this went away at around month 3.

Now I have red/dark marks which I HATE! Are these starting to fade already? Or does it start healing when I stop taking accutane?
