First I would like to say, I've had chest pimples since 8th grade, Very MILD. it didn't start getting pretty bad until about 10th grade maybe but it would come for like 2 weeks and pretty much clear up, come back repeat. This is the worst It's been ever. My face has mild acne, nothing to complain about really just last week had a small break out that went away (thank god)

The part that I don't understand is that, This is the healthiest I have been my whole life. I workout 5 times a week, I eat extremely good lots of grilled chicken, fruits ect ect. Completely cut out all fast food/soda white bread, milk, most chocolates. I usually eat all organic foods. It's crazy now that I am this healthy my skin breaks out way worse than when I eat mcdonalds, subway 2-3 times a week, have soda and didn't work out.(I was never fat) Here is a picture of what my chest looks like now.

I actually can't take it, I feel like I workout and do the right things for NOTHING. I don't understand anything. I use 10% BP on it which seems to help usually but now it's just worse than ever and thank god it's on my chest and not my face, but seriously this sucks I just wanna sleep forever until this goes away. I don't understand I really do need help.

Perhaps you would want to try a .5% - 1% salcylic acid soap bar. they usually also contain vitamin A,C,E, etc. google it and youll surely find one.

I use Neutrogena Clear Body scrub every time I shower and over time it does a really good job of controlling body breakouts without over-drying the skin. I would suggest using a sulfur based spot treatment every night as well. These 2 things help with prevention and treating your current issue.

Sorry, must be frustrating :(

Just a thought bro, do you use any pre-workout supplements or post-workout? I know when I was using creatine I started breaking out on my back and shoulders. Also some unhealthy whey proteins can cause acne. I've started using Jay Robb whey protein because its literally the healthiest on the market....kind of pricey though. Made with whey from grass fed cows.

Really recommend this: http://www.jayrobb.c...ein-Vanilla.asp By far the healthiest you can get, and tastes pretty good too. Lots of supplements like Monster Milk and what not have actually been sued because they "accidentally" dropped some growth hormones in their products - which will without a doubt cause break outs.

I have the EXACT same kind of acne as you on my chest and back, and what I've found that works is OXY salicylic acid wipes, then I apply 10% benzoyl peroxide all over. Every other night I put on Walgreen's Alpha Hydroxy Face Cream. And mine has really diminished! All these products cost less than 20 bucks all together.

Do you have to keep the wipes on all day?

I use the wipes at night to clean the area, then apply the BP. Other than that I don't use them for anything. In the morning I don't put anything on so my body has a chance to breathe.

I recommend sunbeds as a quick fix. I've got a similar condition to this (dunno if it's acne/folliculitis/keratosis pilaris) and sunbeds help clear it up for a few days.

I have been battling acne and the marks left behind for over 10 years. I think you should try defining gel from It Works. I have been using it on my back for a week and a half and my wife is blown away at how much better my back looks. If you become a loyal it works customer it's only 45 bucks which isn't bad to take care of an issue like this, honestly, it works so good that I mowed my yard without a shirt on! My skin is far from perfect but it's the most improved its been since I was in junior high

Here is a link where you can order it

It's hard to tell from the original pics( looking on my phone) but I think it may be some better. I completely recommend the defining gel I've been using. I sincerely believe it could help you.
