Im amazed at how these people can eat any and everything they want; and still not get as much as a single blemish on their faces.

For those with a sweet tooth:

I thought the same thing, all of them don't have a mark on their faces. I would always watch these videos but they are getting old now

haha, yeah they are lucky! They are all gaining weight though. Look at some of their first videos and then some of their newer ones, they are getting fat. I'd probably eat like this if I didn't have skin problems so I would gain weight, so my acne is keeping me healthy whether I like it or not haha

This stuff looks so good, so unfair...although I'd like to think blemishes are a step up from blocked arteries or heart disease haha

Quite perverse in my eyes to be honest.
However, it's widely known that diet indeed doesn't cause acne of course, unless in rare cases one is allergic to specific foods.

I use to eat shit like this, until I found that I needed to better my vessle. Now looking at this stuff makes me feel dirty, I need a shower. Avoid health problems, eat good.

If only, for a day, we could invert our inner appearance with our outer appearance. I believe that they'd be the ones on the forums, not us Posted Image

Some people don't genetically release stuff (toxins, the aftermath of allergens etc) through their faces. This does not mean that they are not getting sick inside from eating like this. In fact, they absolutely are.

I believe this "toxins released through the skin of some people" doesn't exist.

Whenever I detox, I break out. I have other detox symptoms as well, breakouts are just one of them. Then I keep pushing through the detox and my skin clears entirely. Detox can definitely happen through the skin. In fact the skin is one of our bodies biggest detox organs.

Do you happen to have a picture of what such "detox breakout" looks like? I'm highly interested in having a look.

Really??? Even when I was a child I thought twinkies tasted like shit. Sorry, but there's no better word for it. There's no chocolate, no cinnamon, no coconut, no fruit. They are tasteless and they have that awful texture.

Thanks to my body's healing abilities and my awesome new skin care routine the breakout I was having is already going away actually. Basically though it's just a really red, painful lump that eventually drains out (pus and this clear liquid). Similar to what I get from my food allergies but a little more painful. Sometimes they emit a chemical like smell as well and I get a similar taste in the back of my throat. It's a metal/chemical taste, I get it whenever I do halogen detox.

Look into iodine therapy and detox for more info about detoxing through the skin. Juicing and being on a great diet helps get through the healing crisis faster.

You know, I'm around many people during the ages of 20-30 in university and I don't know anybody who has such detox breakouts in their skin. No time to eat super healthy either, too busy. Lots and lots of work to do. Very rarely some poor ones happen to have an acne problem which is clearly not related to diet, though.

Yeah, exactly. They aren't detoxing because they aren't doing any cleansing or even eating healthy.

I've been reading books on spirituality and higher consciousness.

It's said that in this new era (from 1972), some of us are born with an indigo higher self. I'd like to write so much more about that but to keep it simple, indigo people are more sensitive to this "off balance" world, meaning they are more likely to be allergic/sensitive to food, or the current non natural life style we have now.

Diet does affect acne, I am sure that it is responsible for 90% of acne. It's that our body, its how it responds to it, not all of us responds the same. Even if they are not suffering from acne, they could suffer from severe diseases and cancer in the future.

I am an indigo myself I noticed after I took a look into spirituality the view of reality for me changed. Indigos were born to help the process of ascension in 2012, which is shifting from 3D into higher dimension with earth. However due to humans "unnatural consciousness, with too much ego" it wouldn't be an easy process for most of us.

I don't care about these people. They might not get blemishes, but they will develop diseases or cancers in the future. Also, they're going to age fast, look bad, will get sick a lot, etc.
