i got a steroid shot on my keloid and after a couple months it grew back. is there anything i can do to make it stay flat after i have an injection? like what if i apply retin a will that help?

You need more injections to the scar. I had three injections to one scar and it flattened. But this was over the course of a year. Also, retin a will smooth out the skin depending on the percentage. 1% will help. Anything less will not do much. You could also combine your injections with cortisteriod tape, as them used in conjunction prove good results.

More injections, silicon sheets, radiation, etc.

Maybe a combination treatment of injections and pulsed dye laser?

Ask your dermatologist. He's likely going to recommend more injections.
