Well i've had acne now for well over 4 years and its kind of calmed down.. but now i'm left with all this and nothing seems to work in order to get rid of it.

Any advice at all to help fix my skin would really be appreciated. Also any tips to heal my skin quicker would be great.
I've tried so much yet nothing seems to work

Ive tried tetinoin gel (retin-a) as well several different antibiotics from my doctor as well as BP.

if you could also recommend any products that might be suitable for my skin condition.

you might want to get a few chemical peels or try some microdermabrasian. that should help to clear out the skin.
