I'm 18 years old and I've had acne since I was 12 I believe, and since I can't remember my childhood it feels like I've had acne my entire life. In fact I don't remember having clear skin. It's quite sad. I've suffered a lot because of this disease and I'm ready to be completely free of it.

So lately I've started a lot of new things. I've decided to not give a crap about what I eat anymore because I no longer believe in the diet acne connection. I do however believe that food can aggravate acne by fueling some kind of internal problem. So food does not directly cause acne. I've also started jogging 4-5 days a week. Right now I can only manage to do 30 - 45 minutes but I plan to bring that up to 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. I've also started using a whole body cleanse. It's in a pill form and has two parts. Also I've started using a sugar coconut oil scrub daily, which is the only form of wash I use on my skin.

My pimples these days are very small and I get maybe one new pimple every few days. My skin is mostly dominated by hyperpigmentations. My skin is very light and has yellowish undertones which makes me very prone to them.

I also forgot to mention that I have very dry skin. All that being said, I'm interested in purchasing Dan's regimen kit plus. I think the jojoba and aha will really be good for my skin so I want the whole shebang. So what are your thoughts?
