Hi! Well, my right cheek looks HORRIBLE, I had a breakout in a shape of a circle and it doesn't matter if it's a small pimple, it will get very red and irritated. So I've started using Clean Clear Persa Gel and it did help a lot but the problem is that because it dries the pimple, when I wash my face the dry pimple skin simply peels off and my skin gets all red and irritated. Plus I had 3 internal pimples that left huge red spots on my face and when I look it very closely I notice that it is slightly depressed (due to the peel off) so my greatest worry is: will it leave a permanent scar or is it still healing? How do I know if I'll have a permanent scar, how does it look like? I know there is a difference between PIH and real scars, PIH usually goes away, but scars....
Second question, I've always had acne but it was just a few zits so I didn't care cuz they always went away. When I was younger, stopping drinking coffee and eating chocolate was enough, but after I cleared up I started drinking a lot of milk and eating some junk food every week, but now that I'm losing control over my skin I'm cutting off some foods that worsen my condition. It has been about one month I guess but I still had a breakout during my ovulation but there was no deep pimple at least. How long did it take for you to notice the difference after you started the diet? And eating soy (estrogen mimicking) can help to reduce breakouts? Gawd, I'm already underweight and diminishing sugars (white wheat, candies...) is really killing me!
Third and final question: It's only on my right cheek (thank God!!!) but see, I've stopped sleeping on my right side and I'm always changing my pillowcases, I've been very careful to not let my hair creams to touch my face, I barely touch my face... I read somewhere it could be stress, has anyone experienced it?
