Best Acne Cream To Buy In Stores That Costs Less Than $20 Dollars?

I'm looking for a cream or something for my face, it has alot of redness on my cheecks and some acne on some areas of my face, I wash my face everyday and then use aquaphor to prevent it from drying. Plus I cannot use any creams that has alcohol on it because it cause burn my skin and cause more damage. So does anyone know any good products that I can buy probably online or in stores like walmart, walgreens, cvs pharmacy, etc? Thanks.
