Anymore ideas ?

It's not just one cheek , I have more scars on the other cheek as well but I got used to them as I grow older but these ones in the above photos are new to me, that's why I am worried I will get more of them in the future. I don't know the cause of them.

hi ive stumbled upon this, was just wondering if youve found any solutions as of yet? if not i can recommend certain treatments that i have undergone and i am of a darker complexion too :)
