I'm 16 years old. 6'1 160lbs on 60mg once a day. First picture is Day 1. I'm now on day 4, and i took a picture to compare, and surprisingly it looks A LOT better. My lips are super chapped already, and my skin is starting to flake. Has anyone else been hit THIS FAST by accutane?





Hopefully this progress continues. I'm expecting an IB, nonetheless.

4 days?! Wow! That is pretty exciting. I'm on day 11 of 40 mgs and 125 lbs and the dryness did hit me pretty quickly. Are you moisturising? And drinking lots of water? I cleared up quickly after a few days and then things started coming back. Still, I was glad to see that something was happening so early. I hope you keep up this pace though!

Like you, I experienced dryness pretty quickly. Primarily I am having issues with chapped lips and corner of the mouth and just the inside of my nose hurts here and there. I have only been on it 10 days so far, but unfortunately have not seen the results like you have so far, I have experienced quite the opposite. I am getting a bunch of breakouts just on my forehead.
