i got a cortizone for a cyst near my eye and it left this indented scar...stupid derm...

dont worry about it.I had a cortisone shot for a cyst and it turned purple also.my derm said this is normal and in a few days the purple will fade away and it did. if i remember right it took 5 days or so. but it may go away sooner for you.so dont worry about it before you know it the purple mark will be gone.
