Just came across this old clip on YouTube, Ive heard a lot about lactic acid bein great for the skin, never gave it much thought but it was apparently popular in history with people like Cleopatra for gettin rid of pigmentation marks and sun damage.

Im sure most of us wouldnt fully submerge in milk but there are products with the active ingredient. It certainly cant hurt you at least. Milk may be bad for acne to drink but maybe soaking in it is a good thing lol.
Anyhow this clip is worth a laugh if nothing else, the kitties are enjoying it as well:-)

it would probably b good for skin, but as u saw in the vid, they were getting it fresh from the donkey. so the milk in our stores that has gone through multiple processes isnt going to be beneficial.
nonetheless, i wouldnt hesitate joining them
