Hey all! I was interested in starting vitamin B5 treatment but i wasnt sure if it was effective for hormonal acne. I have problems with excessive androgens and i have oily skin and hirtsutism. Allready tried spiro and it made me feel really sick. Looking for alternatives. Really hopeful that this might work for me. Also, what other vitamins should i take along with the B5? Any input on this would be really helpful. Thanks everyone!

There is a lot of Mixed messages about B5. From what I have read it works for some, but no for others.

I think 10G of B5 is a bit to much.

I Take 2G of b5
1G of L carnatine
and a biotin tablet everyday

Im waiting to see results
