Soooooo, Im a 20 year old african american/puerto rican female from NYC and im trying to rid myself of ACNE SCARS once and for all. For the past 4 years now my skin went from bad to worst. I go back and forth with acne breakouts but the acne scars always seem to stay with me. I have acne scars on my face, neck and chest. Luckily my hair is able to cover some of them up and with the power of make up and I am getting but. But this truely and utterly sucks! I need to find something that will work and im willing to do anything. So far ive tried, cetaphil, proactive, neutrogena, clean and clear, and lastly Glycolic Acid Peel along with Cerave. I have the type of skin where it gets used to a product then breaks out after awhile. So I started the Peel two months ago and it lighten up a little, then I got burned and now im fine but still my scars are there. I am PLEADING with anyone who suffers from this as much as I do to tell me about any proudcts theyve used that made a difference. Im starting to look into Bleaching Creams recomended by my dermatologist but I want to hear what has worked for others!
