I've read a lot about acne in the internet but nothing I read says anything about acne having a connection with our blood... maybe i didnt research hard enough or maybe it's just my dumb theory?
I dont know if anyone else has experienced this, but this is how my acne has been:
(By the way, I'm talking about cystic acne, the type that are deep under the skin, larger and painful)
Starting with the age of about 12 or 13, I started getting acne only on my forehead, nowhere else.
by the age of about 15 I started getting acne only on my nose and around my nose area but i stopped getting acne on my forehead.
Then by the age of 17 or so, I started getting my first acne on my cheeks. And then I kept getting them on my cheeks. When i started getting them on my cheeks, i never got them on my nose or around my nose area anymore.
So by the time i was like 20 (I'm 21 now) I stopped getting acne on my cheeks and then they mainly formed around my chin area. This week I got my first ever zit just below my jawline, on my neck.
So you see, throughout all these years, it seems my acne is flowing down my face.... i find it really weird. It seems like other people would get acne just randomly on their face, whether it be the forehead, cheek, side of the nose, chin. But depending on my age, it has always only been in one area at a time.
Like right now i will NEVER get a zit on my forehead, nose area, or cheek. Only get them on my chin area. But if I were 15 right now, I'd only be getting them around my nose area. I wonder why? Does it have something to do with the blood flow or something? There must be some kind of explanation for this...
So I do hope this is a good thing..I mean... now that my acne has "traveled down" over the years to my chin...and now my first zit is nearing my neck...I'm hoping after all these years my acne will finally be gone soon? Im just scared I'll get them all over my neck soon...and then my chest...hope it doesnt go that far.
Has anyone had a similar acne experience?

I do not know if it could do something with blood.
But, I had a similar experience. My acne started on my nose and then on the forehead (on the T-zone).
Now however, I never get acne on forehead or nose or around mouth/nose area.
Now, I have it on my cheecks only, and a little bit on the jaw, but it's starting to dissapear.
I think acne on the T-zone is more like "teenage acne" at least in my case
