I obviously did not discover this diet, i'm just trying to re enforce it's foundations as it does work!

Let me say that I've been tossed around to much by false promises. In my case, it is completely and utterly diet related. A stricter version of the Low carb high fat diet got rid of my acne really quickly (you can see results withing the first 24 hour period) and now i only have red marks with no pimples spawning. Years of slightly elevated awkward situations, moments of low self confidence that were enhanced, are behind me.
Let me brief you on the diet. The diet basically cuts out any dairy, gluten or high GI foods, being replaced by meat (preferably not pork). I know this is a bitch but with my serve acne it worth it and i wish i could preach to you how improved my skin is! I used to look like i tried to butt #%&? a porcupine with my face but now, my skin looks great.

Its also very important that you do not have dry skin! make sure you follow Dan's regimen aswell as doing the diet if you want really good results!

Important use jojaba oil, it's the best oil for regulating sebum production.

PS
Psyllium fiber pills 4 times a day will also help eliminate your problem here is a regimen you should do simultaneously (this did not work for me on it's own)

Are you sure your allergic to both Gluten & Milk? I know it's possible but if your not allergic to 1 of them it gives you more food choices.

Ps 24 hours after I stopped comsuming Gluten I knew it was either Gluten or Soy. Blood test confirmed Gluten. Congrats to you. Hopefully the rest will follow soon.

I hid from the truth, i tried each one at a time. Gluten more recently to be specific and unfortunately it had horrible consequences.
