eggs (dairy), fruits, bread (has sugar in it) are all acne trigger foods. Try to eliminate dairy, soy, sugars, caffeine and rice is actually hard for the stomach to digest and when you mess with your gut it can come out in your skin as acne. Try a very bland diet like chicken, turkey, water, vegetables etc and and hopefully your skin will stay clear (candida diet)

Since when do eggs have lactose? The diet you reccomend is gonna create such hard stools that might rip your colon appart since vegetables hardly have any fiber.

If you want to nit pick what does lool mean. first of all i am not a kid i am 45 years old but some of you people on this site act like kids. It seems to me some of you have alot of angry comments which only means one thing LOW SELF ESTEEM. Maybe being happy for someone that found their cure and a little hope that it can help someone else on this site could actually change your views and comments and anger issues. Negativity is the last thing anyone on this site needs.

Now I thought you were the one who was writing all in caps lock, trying to prove others something when others are just stating facts and statements with scientific reasons.
You could have just said " Ah yes you are right, I am just tolerant to some food so that doesn't apply to everyone" and just overall accept instead of bashing and saying "I did not say .. blah blah" we are just stating truths, I dont think theres any good reason to just reply to them with nonsense.

And how was saying "eggs are related to dairy" make me a low esteemed person? So anyone who states something funny and false has a low self esteem?

Try removing all grains from your diet for a few months and get back to us.

Ok.. Sorry about the sarcasm. And still that is not sufficient enough to make me have a low self esteem. Otherwise anyone who tells funny jokes would have a low self esteem. By statements I was reffering to what others stated because I agree with them. Acne is so confusing, I know my friends who get like 4 hours of sleep and have clear face.

I am only telling my story from experience. Last year my face was COVERED in cysts and as of today i have zero cysts all because i went on the candida diet. So dont tell me about proof and scientific evidence the candida diet was the only thing that cleared my cystic acne and has kept it clear. that is all the proof i need. What works for one person might not work for another person so dont knock something that has worked for someone. This site is to help people dealing with extremely emotional and devastating affects of acne not for foolish comments. Sarcasm is a leading indicator of low self esteem look it up.

That's not true. Grains are not something your body is dependent on like a drug or something. You won't go into withdrawals (*other than maybe mental if you're really addicted to grains). Being really addicted to them is even more a reason to give them up. The only difference most people will feel from giving up grains is the shock of feeling lighter and better than they are used to.

Yea thats because cows don't eat meat, they are herbivorous. Cows are generally suppose to eat grass, since thats what the nature intended and its much more healither and give higher quality meat. But the grass fed cows in america aren't very common because feeding them with grain is a lot less cheaper.

Grains are generally bad I believe, it's better to atleast make your body use to better food that can actually be digested better. It's not like eating grains would make it digest better, thats like saying eating nails everyday would make your body digest nails one day.

Not everybody can digest grains especially if you have eczema acne and celiac disease. Grains are among the worst foods to eat if you suffer from acne.
For many people grains and acne go almost hand in hand. acne is a result of blood sugar problems and chronic inflammation.The main problem with grains is gluten. Gluten is a special type of protein that is commonly found in rye, wheat, and barley. Oats as they exist in nature don’t have gluten, but it often gets added during processing. That’s why people with acne should be careful about oats also. Grains contain insoluble fiber which is not compatible with the human digestive system. We need soft, soluble fiber from fruits and vegetables not the coarse and sharp insoluble fiber from grains. Some lucky people dont have issues with grains but its best if you have acne try not to consume any and see what happens. If it doesnt help rid your acne than eat on.

You really need to educate yourself. If you like grains, fine. There are no police who will come to your house and make you stop eating them. But if all you're going to do is follow what the mainstream (AKA food pyramid) says is healthy (which is all about big industry $$$$ by the way) then don't come in here and try and talk about what's nutritious and what isn't because you are clueless. If mainstream ideas of what is healthy and what isn't were at all true then half the people in America wouldn't be suffering from various forms of autoimmune diseases like diabetes, psoriasis, ACNE etc. You see all those pharmacutical commercials on TV? Advertising to all those people who suffer from arthritis and diabetes and sleep issues and depression, etc etc etc. THAT'S YOUR MAINSTREAM!

Is that really what you think is healthy and right for humans? I'm not saying all problems are caused by grains. But the ass-backward way we tend to eat in most of the modern world is a huge part of it.
