its seems vitamin e and d helps in mitigating hypervitaminosis a.


also vitamin k has been seen helpful in at least some conditions arising due to vitamin a toxicity.


has anyone of you used any combination of these vitamins with any degree of success?

Eek, you just brought back some bad memories when a chiropractor told me to take liquid Vitamin A in mega doses. My face broke out in the worst case of acne I have ever had. I simply stopped taking the liquid Vitamin A and a few months later, my skin cleared up. After I stopped taking the megadoses of liquid Vitamin A, I also used an over the counter acne treatment containing benzoyl peroxide.
